摘要
小麦经粒径分选和重力分选后,得到不同千粒重的样品,应用超高液相色谱串联质谱法对分选后样品的DON毒素含量进行分析.结果表明:30个样品的DON含量之间差异显著(P<0.001);在同一粒径区间,小麦的DON含量与千粒重呈显著负相关,在2.2~2.4、2.4~2.6、3.0~3.2和>3.2 mm粒径区间,小麦DON含量随千粒重的增加呈线性函数减少;在2.6~2.8和2.8~3.0mm粒径区间,小麦DON含量随千粒重的增加呈幂函数减少.去除13.03%废弃物和DON含量较高的颗粒,得到的86.97%小麦中DON总量低于原样68.94%.
Particle - size and specific gravity separation have been performed in wheat. Samples of different thousand- grain weight have been obtained. Ultra -high -performance liquid chromatography -tandem mass spec- trometry has been applied to analyze the level of DON in samples through separation. The results showed that DON level of 30 samples had siginificant differences( P 〈 0. 001 ). The level of DON showed a negative linear correlation with the thousand - grain weight in the grain diameter of 2.2 - 2.4, 2.4 -2.6, 3.0 - 3.2 or 〉 3.2 mm particle size intervals. While it showed a negative power function relationship in the grain diameter of 2.6 - 2.8 and 2.8 - 3.0 mm particle size intervals respectively. After 13.03% of rejected material and high - level moved, 86.97% of safe edible wheat was obtained with a decrease of 68.94% in total DON in the original samples.
