Development of Automatic Fault Alarm System for AFC System

自动售检票（AFC）系统作为票务管理的基础子系统被广泛地应用在城市轨道交通系统中。AFC设备直接面向乘客，使用频率高，设备故障量多，为提高维修效率，减少工作量，项目组开发了一套AFC设备自动报故障系统用以实现设备自动向维修人员报送故障信息的功能。维修人员通过此系统能及时了解设备故障情况，因而能够提高AFC系统故障处理效率和终端设备服务水平。

As a basic subsystem of ticket management, Automatic fare collection （AFC） system is widely used in urban rail transit. Due to its frequent usage and faults, we have developed a set of automatic fault alarm system for AFC equipment which can automatically report the fault information to maintenance staff in order to improve the maintenance efficiency and reduce the workload. The maintenance staff may learn the equipment fault timely through the system so as to improve both the efficiency of troubleshooting and the service level of terminal equipment.
