摘要
在新疆吐鲁番地区智能温室内用不同浓度烯效唑药液对甜瓜穴盘育苗进行浸种处理和播种后浸润基质处理.结果表明,烯效唑能有效降低甜瓜秧苗株高,提高秧苗根冠比、壮苗指数,有利于培育壮苗.试验采用基质穴盘育苗,平均日温20~25℃,夜温15~18℃,最佳浸种浓度为0.1 mg/L 和0.2 mg/L,最佳浸基质浓度为0.2 mg/L.
The plug seedling of muskmelon were treated with uniconazole of different concentrations and treated with substrates after sowing in intelligent laboratory,Turpan area,Xinjiang.The result indicated that uniconazole can control the height of muskmelon seedlings,raise the ratio of root and crown,healthy seedling index,help improve cultivating strong seedlings.The plug seedling of substrate were used in the experiment.The mean diurnal temperature was 20-25 ℃,the mean night temperature was 15-18 ℃.The best concentration of soaking seedling was 0.1 mg/L and 0.2 mg/L,the best concentration of soaking sub-strates was 0.2 mg/L.
