摘要
用1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)处理采后不同时间间隔西州密25号哈密瓜,研究哈密瓜采后与1-MCP处理之间的有效间隔,确定1-MCP处理适宜的窗口期,为其在哈密瓜采后贮运中的应用提供理论依据。哈密瓜采后间隔6,12,24h,分别用1-MCP处理,贮藏在室温(25±2)℃条件下,测定果实品质指标。结果表明,1-MCP处理保持哈密瓜贮藏期可溶性固形物和维生素C含量,延缓果实硬度的下降,抑制果皮叶绿素的分解,减少果实的失重和腐烂,抑制了丙二醛的累积。通过对试验结果的比较得出哈密瓜果实在采后12h内用1-MCP处理能够较好的保持果实采后品质。
Hami melon Xizhoumi No.25 were used as test material to study the effect of 1-MCP treat-ment on storage quality of different window period of fruits after harvest.In order to select the suitable window period and provid the theoretical basis for its application in postharvest storage of Hami melon.Af-ter harvested intervals of 6,12,24 h Hami melon were treated with 1-MCP respectively,then stored at room temperature (25 ± 2 )℃ conditions,fruit quality index were determined.The results showed that 1-MCP treatment kept soluble solids and vitamin C content of Hami melon fruit during storage,delayed dectine of fruit hardness,inhibited degradation of chlorophyll of fruit peel,reduced weight loss and decay of fruit,inhibited accumulation of malonaldehyde.The tested result showed that the quality of Hami melon fruit were kept under 1-MCP treatment after postharvest for 12 h.
