共存离子对固定化改性酿酒废酵母吸附Pb^(2+)动力学及等温吸附影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过静态吸附试验,以固定化改性酿酒废酵母作为吸附剂,研究了Cu2+、Ni 2+及Cu2+和Ni 2+共存时对其吸附Pb2+动力学以及等温吸附的影响。结果表明,Cu2+和Ni 2+的存在降低了固定化改性酿酒废酵母对Pb2+的吸附量,与Pb2+形成竞争吸附。用准二级动力学方程和Langmuir方程对Pb2+吸附过程进行了拟合,发现在本试验条件下可以用准二级动力学方程(R2为0.9901~0.9969)和Langmuir方程(R2为0.9831~0.9869)对酿酒废酵母竞争吸附Pb2+的动力学及吸附平衡进行描述。 Effects of Cu^2 + and Ni^2 + on biosorption kinetics and equilibrium of Pb^2 + by immobilized modi-fied wast Saccharomyces were studied using static adsorption experiment.The experimental results indica-ted that the existence of Ni^2 + and Cu^2 + reduced Pb^2 + adsorption capacity.When adsorption processes Pb^2 +were fitted by using quasi-secondary order kinetics equation and Langmuir equation,it was found that the kinetics and adsorption equilibrium of the competitive adsorption processes of Pb^2 + can be described by u-sing quasi-secondary order kinetics equation (R 2 was 0.9901 -0.9969)and Langmuir adsorption equation (R 2 was 0.9831-0.9869)under the experimental conditions.
