摘要
基于高校学生信息需求的调查结果,总结了我国传统信息服务机构开展网络信息服务中存在的问题,主要包括"使用情境较为局限"、"缺乏统一的检索平台"、"服务种类较为单一"及"主动推送的个性化服务仍不成熟"。然后,结合国内外先进互联网信息服务商开展信息服务的经验,针对这些问题提出具体可行的发展策略,如"拓展使用情境,增加用户的黏性"、"构建统一的检索平台,实现一站式检索"、"丰富服务类型,提供多样化服务"以及"明确用户需求,实现个性化服务",供我国传统信息服务机构参考。
Based on the investigation results of college students' information demand,this study summarizes the existing problems in the Internet information service which are developed by the traditional information service organization in China,including limited using context,lack of unified search platform,limited service type and immature personalized service. This study then combines the experience of domestic and foreign advanced information service providers, puts forward some development strategies for Chinese traditional information service organization, such as expanding use context to increase users' sticky, building a unified search platform to make one-stop retrieval come true, enriching service type to provide a variety of services and clearing the information need of users to provide a real personalized service.
