不同纤维沥青混合料的路用性能研究

摘要 选择木质素、聚酯、玄武岩和聚丙烯腈4种不同的纤维,分别从高温抗车辙、低温抗开裂、抗水损和抗疲劳方面研究纤维的种类和掺量对沥青混合料性能的影响,并与未掺加纤维的混合料进行对比。结果表明:4种纤维均能不同程度地改善沥青混合料的路用性能,根据动稳定度指标确定木质素纤维、聚酯纤维、玄武岩纤维和聚丙烯腈纤维的最佳掺量分别为混合料质量的0.3%、0.2%、0.3%、0.3%;在几种纤维中,玄武岩纤维提高沥青混合料性能的幅度最大,建议采用掺量为0.3%的玄武岩纤维来提高沥青混合料的路用性能。 There are four kinds of fibers selected, including lignin fiber, polyester fiber, basalt fiber and polyacrylonitrile fiber. Contrasted with the no-adding fiber mixture, the influences of fiber kinds and mixing amounts on asphalt mixture performances are researched from several aspects, such as high temperature rutting resistance, low temperature cracking resistance, water stability and fatigue resistance. The results show that four kinds of fibers can improve the road performance of asphalt mixture to different degree, the optimum mixing amount of lignin fiber, polyester fiber, basalt fiber and polyacrylonitrile fiber are 0.3%, 0.2%, 0.3%, 0.3% of asphalt mixture quality respectively based on dynamic stability index; the range that basaltfiber improves the road performance of asphalt mixture is the largest among several kinds of fibers; the basalt fiber is recommended to improve the road performance of asphalt mixture and its optimum mixing amount is 0.3%.
