摘要
通过对上海沪嘉高速公路(S5公路)2012年大修工程中采取压密注浆4个试验方案的分析,证明压密注浆工艺是道路结构加固一种积极有效的技术措施,采用有针对性的加固方案,是取得更为理想结果的重要因素。同时根据大量的实践应用总结,提出注浆加固后路面回弹弯沉衰减现象是影响注浆后道路结构耐久性的关键,并应用工程实例阐述衰减的原因及补浆的重要性。
Taking heavy maintenance of Shanghai Hujia Expressway(S5 Highway) in 2012 for example, there are four compaction grouting testing schemes adopted in this project and the compaction grouting technology is proved a positive & effective measure for road structural strengthening. It is a significant factor to achieve more ideal effects by using targeted strengthening scheme. Meanwhile, according to a large amount of practical & application summaries, it is the key of pavement rebound deflection attenuation phenomenon that will influence the road structure durability after compaction grouting. And the causesto attenuation phenomenon and the importance of slurry replenishing are presented with several engineering cases.
