Introduction of Canadian Drug Expert Review System

目的研究加拿大药品专家评审委员会(CDEC)制度和管理办法,为我国药品专家评审制度的完善提供借鉴。方法运用文献研究方法,检索中英文献和加拿大卫生署、加拿大药品评审委员会等官方网站,了解加拿大药品专家评审制度和管理办法,包括参考条款、相关规定、会议、利益冲突等方面。结果与结论加拿大的药品专家评审委员会制度比较健全,药物计划的覆盖率较高,值得我国学习和借鉴。

Objective To research the system of the Canadian Drug Expert Committee（CDEC） and its management method so as to provide reference for perfecting the drug expert review system in our country. Methods The document research method was adopted to retrieve the official websites of the Public Health Agency of Canada,the Canada Drug Review Committee,etc.,for understanding the Canadian drug expert review system and the management methods,including the aspects of the reference terms,relative stipulations,meeting,interest conflict. Results and Conclusion The Canadian Drug Expert Committee system is relatively perfect and the coverage rate of drug plan is higher,which are worthy of studying and using for reference by our country.
