比色法测定肉豆蔻八味胶囊中总黄酮含量

Determination of Total Flavone Content in Roudoukou Bawei Capsules by Colorimetry

目的对肉豆蔻八味胶囊中总黄酮的含量进行测定。方法以芦丁为对照品,用亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝-氢氧化钠显色后,在504 nm波长下测定。结果 3批肉豆蔻八味胶囊中总黄酮的含量分别为21.15,20.58,20.43 mg/g,平均加样回收率为98.42%,RSD为1.13%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确,重复性好,可作为肉豆蔻八味胶囊的质量控制方法。

Objective To determine the total flavone content in Roudoukou Bawei Capsules by colorimetry. Methods With rutin as the reference substance,after coloration by sodium nitrite- aluminum nitrate- sodium hydroxide,the total flavone content in the sample was determined at the wavelength of 504 nm. Results The total flavone contents in 3 batches of of Roudoukou Bawei Capsules were21. 15,20. 58,20. 43 mg/g respectively. The average recovery rate was 98. 42%,RSD was 1. 13%（n = 6）. Conclusion This method is convenient,simple and reproducible,which can be used as the quality control method of Roudoukou Bawei Capsules.
