雪莲十味片的薄层色谱鉴别研究

Identification for Xuelian Shiwei Tablets by TLC

目的建立蒙成药雪莲十味片的薄层色谱鉴别方法,提高药品质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中的人工牛黄、红花和节裂角茴香进行定性鉴别。结果供试品溶液色谱中,人工牛黄、红花和节裂角茴香在与对应的对照品溶液相应位置上显相同颜色的斑点,色谱清晰,阴性对照无干扰。结论该法简便,结果可靠,专属性强,重现性好,可用于雪莲十味片的质量控制。

Objective To establish the TLC identification method of Mongolian patent medicine Xuelian Shiwei Tablets for increasing its quality standard. Methods Calculus bovis artificical,carthamus tinctorius and Hpecoum Leptocarpum in Xuelian Shiwei Tablets were qualitatively identified by TLC. Results In the chromatogram of the test production solution,calculus bovis artificical,carthamus tinctorius and Hpecoum Leptocarpum in Xuelian Shiwei displayed the same spots at the relevant positions of the corresponding reference substance and the chromatogram was clear without the interference of the negative control sample. Conclusion This method is simple and convenient with reliable detection results,strong specificity and good repeatability,and can be used for the quality control of Xuelian Shiwei Tablets.
