镍钛记忆合金环抱器内固定术后联合中药治疗锁骨骨折59例

Clinical Effect of Internal Fixation by Nickel-Titanium Memory Alloy Embracing Fixator Combined with Chinese Medicines in Treating Clavicle Fracture in 59 Cases

目的探讨镍钛记忆合金环抱器内固定术后联合中药治疗锁骨骨折患者的临床效果及安全性。方法将118例锁骨骨折患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各59例。对照组术中采用钢板螺钉内固定,观察组采用镍钛记忆合金环抱器,术后均内服中药汤剂进行治疗。观察患者的手术时间、术中出血量及愈合时间,分析临床疗效,记录术后并发症。结果观察组总有效率为96.61%,显著高于对照组的74.58%(P<0.05);观察组手术时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);两组愈合时间及术中出血量无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论镍钛记忆合金环抱器内固定术后联合中药治疗锁骨骨折的临床疗效好,且手术时间短,并发症少,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of the internal fixation by the nickel- titanium memory alloy embracing fixator combined Chinese medicines in treating clavicle fractures. Methods 118 patients with clavicle fractures were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table,59 cases in each group. The control group intraoperatively adopted the steel plate screw for conducting the internal fixation,while the observation group adopted the nickel- titanium memory alloy embracing fixator. The two groups were given oral Chinese medicine decoctions after operation. The operative time,intraoperative bleeding amount and healing time were observed. The clinical effects were analyzed and postoperative complications were recorded. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96. 61%,which was significantly higher than 74. 58% in the control group（P〉 0. 05）; the operative time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group（P〈0. 05）; but the healing time and intraoperative bleeding amount had no statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0. 05）; the occurrence rate of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0. 05）.Conclusion The internal fixation by the nickel- titanium memory alloy embracing fixator combined with Chinese medicine has better effect with shorter operative time and fewer complications for treating clavicle fractures,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
