体外膜肺氧合技术联合机械通气在四例肾脏病危重症患者治疗中的应用及护理

Application and Nursing of ECMO Combined with Mechanical Ventilation in Four Patients with Critical Renal Disease

目的探讨体外膜肺氧合(extracorporeal membrane oxygenation,ECMO)技术联合机械通气在肾脏病危重症患者治疗中的应用效果及护理方法。方法回顾性分析并总结2013年8-11月,全军肾脏病研究所重症监护病房收治的4例实施ECMO技术联合机械通气治疗的危重患者的临床资料。结果经积极治疗与护理,4例患者中,3例患者在使用ECMO后顺利撤机,1例患者因治疗费用问题放弃治疗。结论优质护理及标准化护理程序在ECMO技术联合机械通气治疗肾脏病危重症患者中起着关键作用。

Objective To explore the application effect and nursing method of ECMO combined with me‐chanical ventilation in patient with critical renal disease .Methods Clinical data of four patients with critical renal disease and treated with ECMO combined with mechanical ventilation were analyzed retrospectively . Results Three patient had a smooth withdrawal of ventilator after treatment with ventilator ,and one pa‐tients gave up the treatment due to their economic reasons .Conclusion High‐quality and standardized nursing procedure play an essential role during the treatment of ECMO combined with mechanical ventila‐tion in patient with critical renal disease .
