基于物联网技术的输液监控系统在病区输液闭环管理中的应用

Study of Loop Management of Ward Infusion by Infusion Monitor based on Internet of Things

目的探讨基于物联网技术的输液监控系统在病区输液闭环管理中的应用效果。方法便利抽样法选取2012年4-9月解放军第117医院普通外科住院输液患者793例为研究对象,按其入院先后将其分为物联网输液管理组(n=473)和常规组(n=320)两组。物联网输液管理组采用基于物联网技术输液监控系统进行全程输液管理,常规组采用人工模式进行输液管理,比较两组的输液管理质量。结果物联网输液管理组各项输液管理质量均有不同程度提高,与常规组比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论基于物联网技术输液监控系统的应用实现了对病区静脉输液智能化、精细化的全过程闭环路径管理。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of ward infusion by infusion monitor based on in‐ternet of things .Methods From April 2012 to September 2012 ,793 patients were randomly selected and divided into the observational group （n=473） and the control group （n=320） .The patients in the observa‐tional group used infusion monitor based on Internet of things ,the control group used manual mode ,the transfusion management quality was compare of two groups .Results The management of transfusion qual‐ity has improved by the infusion monitor based on Internet of things .There were significantly differences between the two groups （all P〈0 0.5） .Conclusion The infusion monitor based on Internet of things can raise the level of the transfusion management quality and achieve the intelligentialized and refined loop management of ward infusion .
