摘要
首先分析了钢渣的物理性能、化学成分以及吸水膨胀特性,然后对以钢渣为骨料的ATB-25、AC-13、SMA-10沥青混合料进行配合比设计,并对其路用性能进行研究。试验结果表明:钢渣表面纹理粗糙,嵌挤效应良好,有利于增强与沥青的黏附性,提高抗剪切性能;钢渣沥青混合料脆点为-10℃,低温变形能力较好,而且膨胀率小,可以铺筑出满足行车要求的沥青混凝土路面。
In the paper the physical properties of steel slag,chemical composition and swelling characteristics are analyzed in the beginning.Then the ATB-25,AC-13,SMA-10 asphalt mixture ratio design with the steel slag as aggregate are conducted and their pavement performance are studied.The results show that due to its rough surface texture and good embedded squeeze effect,steel slag has favorable performance for the adhesion with asphalt and for enhancement of shear resistance;since the brittle point of steel slag asphalt is-10℃,its cold deformation capacity is very good with small expansion rate,it can be used to pave.asphalt concrete road as per requirements.
