废玻璃粉钢筋混凝土梁抗弯性能试验研究 被引量:2

Experimental study on the flexural behaviour of waste-glass-powder reinforced concrete beams

摘要 通过试验对5根废玻璃粉钢筋混凝土梁和1根普通钢筋混凝土梁的抗弯性能进行对比,研究了废玻璃粉钢筋混凝土梁的破坏形态、极限承载力和变形,在不同废玻璃粉掺量和配筋率情况下,分析了废玻璃粉钢筋混凝土梁与普通钢筋混凝土梁的开裂荷载、正截面承载力、跨中挠度和最大裂缝宽度的异同,并通过试验结果验证了规范相应公式的适用性。结果表明:各试件具有相似的破坏形态;随着废玻璃粉掺量的增加,试件的极限承载力略微降低,跨中挠度略有增加;随着配筋率的增大,试件的极限承载力显著增加,跨中挠度显著减小。《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB 50010—2010)中极限承载力和最大裂缝宽度计算公式适用于废玻璃粉钢筋混凝土梁,但挠度公式需要乘以1.38才能适用于废玻璃粉钢筋混凝土梁。 The flexural behaviour of five waste-glass-powder reinforced concrete beams and one common reinforced concrete beam was compared by experiment. The failure mode,ultimate bearing capacity and deformation of the waste-glass-powder reinforced concrete beams were studied,and the differences of the cracking load,normal section bearing capacity,midspan deflection and the biggest crack width between the waste-glass-powder reinforced concrete beams and the common reinforced concrete beam under different amounts of waste glass powder and reinforcement ratios were analyzed. At the same time,the code formulas were verified. The results show that the failure pattern of the waste-glass-powder concrete beams is similar to that of the common reinforced concrete beam; the ultimate bearing capacity decreases slightly,and the mid-span deflection increases slightly with the increase of the waste glass powder; but the ultimate bearing capacity increases obviously and the mid-span deflection decreases obviously with the increase of the reinforcement ratio. The formulas in the Code for design of concrete structures( GB 50010—2010) can be used to calculate the ultimate bearing capacity and the biggest crack width of the waste-glass-powder reinforced concrete beams,but the deflection formula needs to be multiplied by a coefficient 1. 38 to be adjusted.
