摘要
某超高层塔楼采用钢管混凝土柱钢框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒-伸臂桁架混合结构体系,结构东侧中庭部位两个框架柱在底部两层不连续,采用钢桁架托柱转换,中庭幕墙结构外凸并依附于塔楼。主要介绍该结构的设计特点及抗震性能目标,完成了结构整体受力性能分析、结构构件不同性能目标要求的承载力验算、幕墙结构水平钢板梁屈曲分析、拉索式门式刚架稳定分析和整体结构大震弹塑性时程分析,计算结果表明,结构整体及结构构件的刚度、承载力和稳定性满足抗震性能目标的要求。
A super-tall building adopts the structural system of concrete-filled steel tubular column frame and reinforced concrete core wall with outriggers. Two frame columns in the atrium part of the east side of the structure are discontinuous in the two bottom floors and lift by the steel truss. The convex curtain wall structure in the atrium part attaches on the tower. The structural design characteristics were introduced as well as performance-based seismic design objectives. The structural design was completed including overall mechanical analysis,bearing capacity check of structural components with different performance objectives,buckling analysis of horizontal steel beam of the curtain wall structure,stability analysis of the cable-strut portal frame and the elastic-plastic time-history analysis of the whole structure under the rare earthquake.The results show that the stiffness,bearing capicity and stability of the whole structure and structural components meet the seismic performance objective.
