摘要
东吴文化中心2#楼为采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构的超限多层建筑,由于结构分塔、连体情况复杂,楼板不连续,使得结构多项平面、立面不规则,造成结构超限。通过调整结构整体刚度、提高关键构件抗震性能目标,并进行抗震性能化设计和静力弹塑性分析以及适当的构造措施,解决了结构超限、大开洞、超长、大跨桁架等难题,使得结构满足抗震设防要求。
Dongwu Culture Center No. 2 building is a out-of-code multi-story RC frame-shearwall building. The structure has irregularities in plan and elevation due to multi-towers,connecting-body and discontinuous floors. The structural overall rigidity was adjusted and performance-based seismic design objectives of key components were developed. Meanwhile,Pushover analysis on overall structure was carried out for suitable seismic design details. The challenges of out-of-code items,large opening,super-long structure and large-span truss were solved to make the overall structure fulfill relevant seismic precautionary requirements.
