摘要
通过微波辅助原位合成法,在棉织物表面生成了纳米磷酸锌颗粒,使织物获得较好的抗紫外线效果。讨论了硫酸锌和尿素浓度,焙烘温度和时间对织物抗紫外线性能、白度、撕破强力,以及整理效果耐洗性的影响。使用SEM对整理织物的表面形态进行表征。结果表明,硫酸锌浓度为0.4 mol/L,微波温度80℃,反应20 min后,140℃焙烘30 min,织物具有较好的抗紫外线效果和水洗牢度;加入适量尿素,有利于提高织物白度和撕破强力。
UV-resistant cotton fabric is prepared by microwave-assisted in situ synthesis of nano zinc phosphate. The effect of concentration of zinc sulfate and urea, curing time and temperature on the UVresistance properties, whiteness, tearing strength and washability of cotton fabric are investigated. The surface morphology of the treated cotton fabric is characterized by SEM. It is shown that the finished fabric can obtain excellent UV-resistance and washability, under the condition of zinc sulfate 0.4 mol/L,microwave temperature 80 ℃,curing at 140 ℃ for 30 min after treating 20 min. Adding appropriate amount of urea is helpful to improve the whiteness and tear strength of the fabric.
