摘要
本文引入了基于熵权的TOPSIS评价方法,构建了煤炭企业战略风险评价的新模型,新模型立足于煤炭企业间战略风险比较,有利于煤炭企业科学有效认知企业战略风险产生的整体概率并准确解析风险产生的来源。最后以算例的形式在煤炭企业中进行演算,为煤炭企业实际运用模型提供了指导。
This paper introduces the TOPSIS evaluation method based on entropy weight ,establish a new model of strategic risk assessment of coal enterprise. The new model is based on the comparison of coal enterprise strategic risk ,that is conducive to effectively understand the overall probability of risk and accurately grasp the sources. At last calculus it in the form of numerical examples in coal enterprise. ,that provides guidance for the practical application of the model in coal enterprise.
