摘要
通过光学显微镜、化学分析等手段,对木盂子铁矿的工艺矿物学特性进行了研究。结果表明,矿石中有用矿物为磁选矿、赤铁矿,主要脉石矿物包括普通角闪石、石英,以及少量的绿泥石和普通辉石等。磁铁矿浸染粒比较均匀。矿石中赤铁矿浸染粒度较细。磁选矿与赤铁矿、石英、角闪石和黄铁矿等关系密切,单体解离较为困难。且铁以角闪石形式存在占近40%,严重影响铁的回收利用。
The characterization of process mineralogy of the Muyuzi Iron ore has been investigated through optical microscope and chemical analysis .The results show the valuable mineral are magnetic and hematite ,the primary gangue minerals are hornblende and quartz ,and a little Chlorite and augite .The dissemination size of the magnetic is distribution ,and dissemination size of the hematite is fine .The relation between magnetic and hematite ,quartz ,hornblende ,pyrite is close ,and metasomatic and magnetic is difficult to to be dissociated .The Fe content in hornblende is about 40% ,and recovery and utilize of Fe will be influenced seriously .
