摘要
针对河南卢氏夜长坪大型钼钨矿,在查清了该矿主要矿物的组成的基础上,详细研究了石膏对该矿选矿的影响。石膏在水解作用下使得矿浆中含有大量的钙离子,消耗大量的选矿药剂,这些钙离子与NaCO3发生反应生产氢氧化钙,氢氧化钙以罩盖的形式附着在矿物表面,导致矿物之间分选性降低,这是该矿难选的最主要原因。
There is a super large wolfram‐molybdenum ore deposit in Lushi country ,Henan Province . Based on main minerals and accompany minerals category and content of samples .We study the impact of processing and gypsum .Hydrolysis reaction of gypsum in the pulp leads to a lot of calcium ions which consumes a lot of reagent ,Calcium ions react with NaCO3 forming calcium hydroxide .the fine grains of calcium hydroxide are prone to cover on the coarse grains which led to reduced separation between minerals , which is one of the most serious reasons of refractory ore .
