摘要
本研究利用SSR引物对4份水稻亲本进行了遗传多样性分析,24对引物共检出等位基因70个,有效等位基因数58.4,占所有等位基因的83%。每对引物检测到等位基因2~5个,平均为2.96个,平均有效等位基因数为2.47个。Shannon信息指数变化范围0.56~1.49,平均值为0.94;期望杂合度变化范围0.38~0.75,平均值0.57;多态性信息含量指数变化范围0.59~0.91,平均值0.81。根据电泳谱带构建了4份材料的分子指纹图谱,并对引物的多态性和鉴别能力进行了分析和探讨。
The genetic diversities of 4 hybrid rice parents were analyzed by SSR markers. 70 alleles(Na) were de- tected by 24 markers. The number of alleles detected by per SSR primer was 2 - 5 and the average number of allelesper SSR marker was 2.96. The value of Shannon-Weiner index( I), Nei's genetic diversity index(He) and polymor- phism information content (PIC) ranged from 0.56 - 1.49,0.38 -0.75 and 0.59 -0.91, respectively. A finger- printing map was constructed according to the electrophoresis result. The polymorphism and the discriminating abili- ty of SSR marker were also analyzed and discussed.
