摘要
通过连续覆膜、新覆膜及露地栽培向日葵的田间对比试验,研究了河套地区连续覆膜对土壤微生物量氮的影响。结果表明,连续覆膜有利于土壤微生物量氮含量的增加。在0~40 cm土层,连续覆膜的土壤微生物量氮含量较露地和新覆膜分别显著提高5.0%和4.0%(P〈0.05)。生育期内土壤微生物量氮含量变化呈降低趋势,垂直变化随土层向下呈减少趋势。
The effects of continuous plastic film mulching on soil microbial biomass nitrogen content were studied through comparing with the plastic film and open field in Hetao region. The results showed that soil microbial bio- mass nitrogen content of continuous mulching increased at different levels. Compared with bare field and new film mulching, soil microbial biomass nitrogen content in 0 -40cm of continuous mulching were raised significantly by ( P 〈 0.05 ) 5.0% and 4.0%, respectively. Soil microbial biomass nitrogen content declined with fluctuation effects by irrigation. Vertical changes of the soil microbial biomass nitrogen content reduced with increasing soil depth.
