摘要
为了实现棉子壳的高效利用,根据半纤维素的特性,采用高温液态水水解的方法以棉子壳为原料提取半纤维素。研究反应时间、反应温度、液料比等对半纤维素产率的影响,并确定优化的工艺条件。结果表明,棉子壳在200℃,液料比为30m L/g的条件下,蒸煮2.5h获得的半纤维素最多,半纤维素最高产率为53.48%。同时工艺中采取乙醇作为溶剂,可以实现循环使用,具有节能、环保等众多优点,对有效节约能源和保护环境具有重要意义。
In order to realize the efficient utilization of the cotton seed shells, hemicelluloses were extracted from zotton seed shells by using high temperature liquid water hydrolysis according to the characteristics of hemicellu- ose. The reaction time, reaction temperature, ratio of liquid to half-and-half cellulose production rate were studied and then the optimum process conditions were determined. The results showed that under the conditions of 200℃, 30mL/g ratio of liquid,2.5h holding time made the most hemicellulose obtained from cotton seed shells with the highest cled ,w extraction rate of 53.48%. Meanwhile, alcohol used as the solvent in the extraction process could be recy- hich was significant for energy saving and environment protection.
