叶面喷施Fe^(2+)对生菜形态和生理指标的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Foliage Spraying Fe^(2+) on Morphological and Physiological Index of Lettuce

摘要 以生菜品种"大速生"为试材,采用基质栽培研究方法,研究了叶面喷施不同浓度的Fe2+对生菜幼苗形态和生理指标的影响。结果表明:喷施低于60mg/L的Fe2+处理对生菜的株高无明显影响,但浓度为60mg/L Fe2+时,就会抑制植株长高;Fe2+浓度低于45mg/L时,生菜具有较多的叶片数,浓度为60mg/L则起抑制作用;Fe2+处理对生菜的叶绿素a含量和叶绿素总含量的影响不明显,但是15mg/L Fe2+处理对生菜叶绿素b含量有促进作用,在此处理下的叶绿素b含量显著高于其它各处理,约为对照的164%;60mg/L Fe2+处理显著提高了生菜叶片的可溶性蛋白质含量;虽然叶面喷施Fe2+对叶片可溶性糖含量没有显著的影响,但显著降低了叶片脯氨酸含量和过氧化物酶的活性,且浓度越高,抑制作用越明显。 Taking ‘Dasusheng'lettuce as test materials,the effects of spraying Fe2+ on lettuce seedlings were studied using matrix cultivation.The results showed that it had no effect on plant height when the concentration was lower than60mg/L,and it inhibited the growth as the concentration was up to 60 mg/L.Lettuce had more leaves when the concentration was lower than 45mg/L,and it showed restriction effect under 60mg/L.Fe2+ had no significant influences on contents of chlorophyll a and total chlorophyll,but it increased the chlorophyll b content when the Fe2+ concentration was 15mg/L.The chlorophyll b content under the treatment of 15mg/L Fe2+was about 164% of the control.The soluble protein content was the highest when praying with 60mg/L Fe2+.Fe2+ did not influence the content of soluble sugar,however it decreased the content of proline(Pro)and the activity of peroxidase(POD),the higher concentration,the lower Pro content and POD activity,respectively.
