阐述了学科建设经费使用的现状,通过对影响高等学校学科建设经费使用效率的问题进行分析,提出了健全学科建设管理体制、杜绝预算管理随意、加强财务管理和财务监督、建立完善的监督和激励机制是提高高等学校学科建设经费使用效率的根本途径。

To improve the effectiveness of discipline construction funds in universities, this article discusses th′use of discipline construction funds in universities, analyses the efficiency of the funds and proposes somne improvement tactics to optimize the discipline construction management mechanism, to prevent budget abuse, to strengthen financial management and supervision and to establish a sound supervision and incentive mechanism.
