目前,青年大学生在社会适应和职业胜任等方面出现了较多的问题,如何提高毕业生胜任职业的能力已成为当前高校教育亟待解决的问题。通过构建职业胜任能力模型,借助调查分析的结果,提出增强大学生职业胜任能力的有效措施。

At present, many problems occur on social adaption and professional competence among college students, how to improve the ability of graduates qualified professional has become a problem urgently to be solved in current college education. By building a professional competence model, using the results of the investigation and analysis, put forward the effective measures to enhance college students~ professional competence.
