MRS培养基的无机盐改进生产共轭亚油酸

摘要 以德式乳杆菌保加利亚亚种为研究对象,采用单因素试验和响应面方法,确定无机盐对MRS培养基的添加量,进而改进MRS成分,优化共轭亚油酸(CLA)生产条件。结果表明,在试验范围内各种无机盐对培养基的影响依次为磷酸氢二钾>乙酸钠>硫酸镁;最佳添加量分别为乙酸钠添加量5.525 g/L,磷酸氢二钾添加量2.81 g/L,硫酸镁添加量0.325 g/L,CLA产量最优值为0.241 mg/m L。 Modification of MRS medium is conducted for the production of conjugated linoleic acid produced by L. delbrueckii subsp, bulgaricus. The single factor and respond surface model are used to optimize the optimal condition via the addition of mineral salts. The results indicate that the major factors are dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, sodium acetate trihydrate, and magnesium sulphate in order. The optimal addition dosages are 5.525 g/L of CH3COONa, 2.81 g/L of KEHCO3, and 0.325 g/L of MgSO4, in which CLA production is 0.241 mg/mL in modified MRS medium.
