摘要
以梨枣为研究对象,研究0.01,0.1,1 mmol/L三个不同浓度茉莉酸甲酯(Me JA)处理对采后梨枣抗病性的影响。结果表明,试验中0.01 mmol/L Me JA处理梨枣对诱导采后梨枣抗病性效果最好。经0.01 mmol/L Me JA处理提高了梨枣PAL,PPO,POD活性和酚类物质的含量,增强了梨枣的抗病性。
Taking Lizao as tries the material, this experiment studies 0.01, 0.1 and 1 mmol/L three different density MeJA processes after picks Lizao disease resistance influence. The findings indicate that, in this experiment the 0.01 mmoUL processing enhances the activities of phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL) , polyphenlo oxidase (PPO) , peroxidese (POD) and total ohenols, and strengthens Lizao disease.
