摘要
我国以尿素为主的氮肥利用率较低,而增效氮肥可提高氮素利用率(NUE)。利用海藻寡糖(ADO)制备ADO增效尿素,同时以普通尿素、Pasp增效尿素为对照组,进行小麦的大田试验。通过比较小麦单位面积产量、千粒质量、穗粒数、氮素利用率、穗长、粗蛋白及糖类含量等指标,探究ADO增效尿素对小麦的影响。结果表明,ADO增效尿素组小麦667 m2产量高达680.96 kg,分别比普通尿素、Pasp增效尿素组提高了6.87%,2.28%,且小麦千粒质量及穗粒数均显著提高。ADO增效尿素组小麦的氮素利用率为43.18%,分别比普通尿素、Pasp增效尿素组提高了82.12%,43.36%,此外ADO增效尿素也增加了小麦穗长且使麦穗更为满,但对小麦粗蛋白、糖类含量无明显影响。对ADO增效尿素的实际生产有一定的指导意义,有助于提高氮还给利用率,减少农业成本。
Synergistic nitrogen fertilizer can promote the low nitrogen use efficiency (NUE) , especially that of urea in our country. Alginate-derived oligosaccharide (ADO) is applied to prepar ADO synergistic urea. Compared with peptide (Pasp) synergistic urea, normal urea and water, field experiment of wheat is performed to study the effects of ADO synergistic urea on wheat. Yield per mu, thousand kernel weight, grains per spike of the wheat, NUE, ear length, prtotein and carbonhydrate content and other data are tested. The results show as follows: yield of wheat fertilizerd with ADO urea is 680.96 kg/667 m2, which is 6.87%, 2.28% more than normal and Pasp urea, respectively. And thousand kernel weight and grains per spike of the wheat are improved well. NUE of wheat fertilizerd with ADO urea is 43.18%, which is increased by 82.12%, 43.36%, moreover, ADO urea improves the ear length and made the ear full, but hasn't improved protein and carbohydrates content. Agriculture as nitrogen fertilizer synergist, the article makes a relatively comprehensive study on the effects of ADO on the different nitrogen forms and its application in cash crops and food crops. The results can guide the production of ADO synergistic urea and be helpful to promote the NUE, and reduce the costs of agriculture.
