摘要
食品分析检验课程是高职院校食品专业的核心课程。采用教学内容项目化、学习过程自主化、教学手段多元化、考核方式过程化等教学方法对食品分析检验课程进行改革,收到了良好的教学效果。
Food analysis and testing course is core curriculum of food department in polytechnic colleges. A Series of teaching reforms are adopted in food analysis and testing course such as project-based teaching content, independent of the learning process, diversification of teaching methods, procedural assessment and receive good teaching results.
