摘要 课程体系构建是专业人才培养方案的核心,是高职院校进行专业建设和改革的重要内容。为了科学、合理的构建符合社会需求和人才培养规律的课程体系,许多高职院校都在对课程体系构建进行研究。以新疆职业大学空中乘务专业为例,提出现有课程体系存在的一些问题,并以工作任务与职业能力分析会为手段,探讨和重新构建符合"工学结合"理念的课程体系。最后形成一套兼顾岗位工作任务和岗位职业能力培养的新课程体系,并提出新课程体系实施的一些建议。 Curriculum system construction is the core of the professional talent-training program and the important content of the professional construction and reform in Vocational Colleges. In order to construct scientific and reasonable curriculum system to meet the social demand and coordinate the talent-training rules, many vocational colleges began to research the construction of curriculum system. In this thesis taking Air Crew Professional of Xinjiang Vocational University as an example, the author indicates the old curriculum system's problems, discusses on the process of reconstruction curriculum system and takes the occupation ability analysis as a method. Finally there has been formed a new curriculum system which is balance the training of job task and job occupation ability, and the author puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of the new curriculum system.
