银杏叶对新生鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤后Nestin蛋白表达的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究银杏叶提取物(Gb E)对新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤(HIBD)后Nestin蛋白表达的影响。方法:72只7 d龄SD大鼠制备HIBD模型,随机分为Gb E治疗组、生理盐水(NS)治疗组和假手术组,应用免疫组化的方法观察Gb E对脑组织Nestin表达的影响。结果:脑组织Nestin的表达在NS治疗和Gb E治疗3 d开始增高,7 d达到最高峰,Gb E治疗组与假手术组和NS治疗组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:Gb E可提高HIBD大鼠脑组织Nestin的表达,具有诱导神经干细胞增殖的作用。
