135例支气管哮喘临床辨证施护疗效观察

The Clinical Observation of 135 Bronchial Asthma Patients Nursing Based on Syndrome Differentiation

目的:观察辨证施护对支气管哮喘患者的疗效。方法:对我院收治的135例支气管哮喘住院患者在常规护理的基础上,辨证分为发作期(冷哮、热哮及虚哮)、缓解期(肺脾气虚证及肺肾气虚证)共5个证型,根据相应证型选择护理方案,采用SPSS16.0软件进行统计分析。结果:总有效率88.89%,各证型之间疗效比较差异无统计学意义,期间各护理组间未发现护理并发症。结论:对支气管哮喘患者进行中医辨证施护均能收到满意疗效,突出了中医护理在治疗支气管哮喘方面的优势。

Objective： To explore the bronchial asthma patient＇ s curative nursing effect based on syndrome differentiation. Methods ：The 135 cases of bronchial asthma treated in our hospital took conventional nursing care,and those patients were divided in to stage of attack（the cold xiao,the hot xiao,xu xiao） ＆ remittent stage（lung spleen- deficiency, deficiency of pulmonary and renal qi） , a total of five types of syndrome, choosing nursing plan according to different syndrome,finally, the statistical analysis was performed by SPSSI6.0. Results ：The total effective rate was 88.89% , and the different syndrome＇ s curative effect had no significant difference, Conclusion ： Nursing based on syndrome differentiation for patient with bronchial asthma gets a satisfying efficacy, so chinese traditional medical nursing has an advantage in nursing care of bronchial asthma.
