摘要
在知识经济时代,科技情报服务已经成为科技兴国和服务型政府建设的重要战略,而我国现有的传统科技情报服务模式已经远远不能满足社会需求。文章结合我国科技情报服务现状,积极借鉴电商发展经验,探索构建大数据时代下的科技情报服务电商模式,建立B2B、B2C科技情报服务模型,分析其实现路径、达到的功能和需要的技术支持。
Study on the Science and Technology Information Service Model of E-Commerce WU Xiao-wen, JIANG Ze-gang (Guizhou Istitute Of Sci&Technical Information, Guiyang Guizhou 550004, China) Abstract: In the time of knowledge economy, science and technology information service has become an important strategy of China. However, the existing traditional information service model has been far from satisfying the needs of the people. In the paper, we learned from the E-Commerce development experience and explored science and technology information service model of E-Commerce, then established the B2B and B2C models, and analyzed their principle and technology support.
