摘要
患者,男,47岁,因反复咽痛、偶伴低热于2014年3月25日首诊于耳鼻喉科门诊。自诉半个月来无明显诱因反复出现咽痛不适,偶伴低热乏力,自行服用＂头孢＂抗生素可暂时缓解。无明显鼻塞、喷嚏、流涕、鼻出血、牙龈出血、声嘶、咳嗽、咳痰、咯血、明显胸闷气促、进食梗阻感等症状。门诊查体一般状态可,意识清楚,体温36.9℃,血压110/70mmHg（1mmHg=0.133kPa）,面色苍白。
Summary We report a case of a 47-year-old man who firstly complained of throat pain for half a month accompanied with fever. Specialized examination showed tonsils＇ hypertrophy and the laryngoscope found his right vocal cord was swelling and hyperemia. The routine blood test counted white blood cell as 31 × 10^9/L,lymphocyte as 30.84 × 10^9/L while prolymphocyte could be seen with microscope. After that B-ultrasound scan gave spleen hy- pertrophy and multi-lymphatic-node enlargement. Peripheral blood flowcytometry and bone marrow biopsy finally diagnosed the man as actue myelocytic leukemia.
