The evaluation and application of sherardizing anti-corrosion technology in offshore oilfields

摘要 海上油田时常出现紧固件锈蚀后无法拆卸的情况,既给设备维护、更换造成极大不便,同时也带来安全隐患。开展了螺栓表面渗锌防腐新技术试验评价与应用,结果表明,经过渗锌工艺处理后的螺栓,其力学性能满足相关标准、规范的技术要求,在海洋大气环境中具有较强的耐腐蚀性能。目前该项新技术已在我国海上油田22个项目进行了推广应用,均取得了良好效果。 It often happens the rusting fasteners can- not be disassembled on facilities in offshore oilfield, which not only causes more hardships in the mainte- nance and replacement of the equipment but also cre- ates security risks. This paper presents the applica- tion evaluation of sherardizing anti-corrosion technol- ogy on the bolt surface. The results have shown that the mechanical properties of sherardizing bolts satis- fied the requirements of relevant standards and norms and exhibited strong corrosion resistance in marine atmospheric environment. Currently, the new technology has been applied in 22 projects of offshore oilfields and gained good effects.
