肠道微生态与肠道免疫相互作用的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 人体肠道拥有丰富的微生态系统,内含100多万亿以上的微生物,种类多达1 000余种,占人体微生物总量的78%左右.肠道菌群被称为人体的“新器官”,在机体免疫反应、新陈代谢以及疾病发生发展等生理、病理过程中起重要作用,肠道微生态失衡与多种临床疾病相关.正常肠黏膜屏障由机械屏障、化学屏障、免疫屏障以及生物屏障共同构成,可有效防止肠内有害物质如细菌和毒素穿过肠黏膜进入人体.
