卵巢粒层细胞瘤临床病理特征与FOXL2基因c.402C→G突变关系的分析 被引量：2

摘要 卵巢粒层细胞瘤（granulosa cell tumor，GCT）是卵巢性索间质肿瘤（SCST）的主要类型，发病率为0．05／100000～1．7／100000，是1组低度恶性、晚期复发的功能性肿瘤。病理类型分为成人型及幼年型，成人型占95％，多发生于中年或绝经后妇女；幼年型多发生于儿童及青少年。其发病机制不详，近期发现，在大多数成人型患者中，
