摘要
医院软实力是实现医院可持续发展的基础和重要保证。基于利益者相关者价值认同视角,探讨了医院软实力概念与内涵,构建了医院软实力作用机理模型,将医院软实力分为潜在和显化两个阶段,并阐述了各阶段的内容及其关系。结合医院软实力作用机理,提出从医院理念、软资源体系、品牌与声誉、公益性等方面培育与提升医院软实力的策略。
Hospital soft power is the foundation and important guarantee of hospital sustainable development. From the perspective of stakeholders' value recognition, the concept and connotation of hospital soft power are discussed. Based on them, the model of mechanism of hospital soft power is built, which divided hospital soft power into latent and manifest stage and the content and relationship of each stage are expounded. Combining with the mechanism model, the strategies of improving hospital soft power are provided,which include hospital idea, soft resource system, brand and reputation and public welfare.
