摘要
数控加工工艺的标准化可以使成熟的加工工艺过程甚至数控加工程序得到继承和重复使用,缩短了成品的生产周期,确保产品的生产,在保证质量的前提下提高生产效率,降低生产成本,同时规范生产的管理,满足了机械产品的生产需要。本文主要针对分散的数控加工工艺制定过程中所存在的不足,提出了数控加工工艺的标准化方法与标准化工艺系统的设计方案。
The standardization of numerical control machining technology can give the inheritance and repeated use to the mature machining process and even the numerical control program. It can reduce the production cycle of the finished products, ensure the production of the products, on the premise of quality assurance to improve production efficiency, standardized the production management and meet the production requirements of the mechanical products. Aimed at the shortage of the making process of the dispersive numerical control machining technology, this paper puts forward the design scheme of the standardized methods and technology system of numerical control machining technology.
