摘要
奥特莱斯在我国的发展仍然有很大的市场可以去开拓,属于一种新型零售业态。不过就目前状态来看,其在我国的发展比较成功的案例还不是特别多。在本文中,笔者对这种新型的零售业态在我国的发展状况进行了分析,并针对这种发展状况对影响其在国内的存在与发展的原因进行了探讨,找出其中的不利因素,提出了克服这些不利因素的主要手段,最后对这种业态在我国消费市场上的发展趋势进行了分析。
There is still a great market to exploit for Outlets in China, which is a kind of new retail format. But at present, there are few successful cases of Outlets. In this article, the author analyzes the development situation of Outlets, and discusses the factors affecting its existence and development in China. The disadvantage factors are found and countermeasures are put forward to overcome these obstacles.Finally, the development trend of this format In China's customer market is analyzed.
