To Implement "Eight-word Policy" and Strengthen the Construction of Cadres' Work Style

本文基于煤炭产业调整和市场改革的现实要求,由煤炭企业纪检监察的视角,结合"八字方针",探讨加强和改进干部队伍作风建设的必要性,继而分别从思想政治教育、监督管理制度建设等方面分析提高干部作风建设实效性的策略。

Based on the actual requirements of coal industry adjustment and market reform, from the perspective of discipline inspection and supervision of coal enterprise, and combined with ＂eight-word policy＂, this paper discusses the necessity of strengthening and improving style construction of cadres team, then analyses the effective strategies of improving cadres＇ work style construction respectively from ideological and political education, and supervision and management system construction.
