摘要
立足于高职院校的现状,深入分析前期岗位管理改革后存在高端人才积极性难以持续增长,岗位管理配套机制不完善两个基本问题。提出高职院校要用系统思维,以协同机制创新为突破口,完善岗位设置制度、岗位聘用管理制度、绩效考核制度,全面提升双师质量,体现高职特色,形成合理的人才结构和布局,以实现职业教育的可持续发展。
Based on the current situation of colleges, this paper makes a deep analysis about the two basic problems in college teacher recruitment:the difficulty of enhancing the enthusiasm of the most talented teachers after the management reform and the incompleteness of post management mechanism. Then the paper puts forward that colleges should employ systematic thinking mode and adopt the collaborative mechanism innovation as a breakthrough point to improve post setting system,employment management system, performance appraisal system. As a result of this, the goal of sustainable development of vocational education will be achieved from the following several aspects: improving teachers' quality, reflecting the characteristics of vocational education and forming a reasonable talent structure and layout.
