湘中地区特种蔬菜生产发展现状及对策

Development Status and Countermeasures of Special Vegetable Production in the Middle Area of Hunan

特种蔬菜又称为稀有蔬菜,由于其特殊的风味和营养价值,受到越来越多消费者的亲睐。尽管湘中地区蔬菜产业近年来得到了快速发展,蔬菜基地建设数量、规模、品种、播种面积等稳步增加,但特种蔬菜产业发展还处在起步阶段,资金不足、基础建设薄弱、种植积极性不高等原因制约了其良性发展。湘中地区发展特种蔬菜生产应加强特种蔬菜示范区建设,注重积极开展特种蔬菜种植技术培训,并加强政策引导,争取多元资金扶持,改善特种蔬菜生产条件,以完善特色农业服务体系,为特种蔬菜产业发展营造良好环境平台。

Special vegetable known as rare vegetable is being accepted by more and more consumers because of its special flavor and nutritional value. Vegetable industry has been rapid development in the middle area of Hunan in recent years,base construction quantity and scale,vegetable varieties,sowing area have steadily increased,but the special vegetable industry development is still in the initial stage,lack of funds,weak infrastructure and low planting enthusiasm has restricted its benign development. The special vegetable production in the middle area of Hunan should strengthen the construction of special vegetable demonstration district,carry out actively planting technology training,and enhance policy guidance,strive for diverse funding support,ameliorate production conditions,in order to improve the characteristics of agricultural service system and create a good environment platform for the development of special vegetable industry development.
