基于新常态的广西地矿经济发展对策

Measures must be Adopted for Geological and Mineral Economic Development in Guangxi Based on “New Normal” Economy

为探求广西地矿经济在新常态下的发展战略,采用统计学方法对我国经济新常态进行指标描述,引入地勘投入弹性系数对新常态影响下的地勘经济主要特征及广西地矿经济优劣势进行分析,运用生产函数模型对广西地矿经济运行走势进行预测,提出适应新常态,推动地矿投资做实做大、地矿建设领域做宽做强、社会地勘项目服务做优、工贸及服务业做活以及实施"走出去"战略等打造广西地矿经济升级版的主要对策。

In order to explore development strategy in the “new normal” economy of Guangxi geological and mineral economic development, this paper lays emphasis on the following： describing the indicators of China’s new normal economy by using statistical methods; introducing the input elasticity coefifcients to analyze the characteristics of geological exploration economy and the strengths and weaknesses of Guangxi geological and mineral economic development which are under the influence of the new normal economy; and applying the model of productive function to predict the tendency of Guangxi geological and mineral economic operation. In doing so, this paper puts forward that we must adjust to the new normal, so that geological mining investment can be grown big and strong; geological mining construction can be enlarged; social geological exploration project can be better; industry and trade and services can be lfourished. We also should implement the＆quot;go global＆quot; strategy.
