边防官兵心理承受力与述情障碍的相关性

Correlational Study of Psychology Resilience and Alexithymia in Frontier Military Personnel

目的研究边防官兵述情障碍与心理承受的关系。方法整群随机抽取某部队241名边防陆军作为研究对象,同时整群随机抽取某军区450名非边防陆军官兵作为对照组,运用军人述情障碍量表和军人心理承受力量表评定研究组和对照组的述情障碍状况和心理承受力状况,对所得数据进行统计分析。结果 1边防官兵述情障碍的发生率明显高于非边防官兵(33.44%,7.91%;P<0.001);2边防官兵的述情障碍总分及各因子分与心理承受力总分及各因子分呈显著负相关(r=-0.499^-0.266,P<0.01);3心理承受力高分组的边防官兵述情障碍总分及各因子分明显低于心理承受力低分组的边防官兵(t=4.962~6.514,P<0.01);4以边防官兵的述情障碍总分为因变量,心理承受力各因子为自变量,意志力和人际关系因子进入回归方程(t=-5.949,-2.309;P=0.000,0.022),分别能解释述情障碍总分变异的24.6%和2.2%。结论心理承受力是边防官兵述情障碍的保护性因素,其中意志力和人际关系的作用尤为明显。

Objective To explore the relationship between mental resilience and alexithymia in frontier military personnel. Methods By cluster random sampling,241 frontier military personnel were selected as the experimental group and 450 military personnel as control group. They were investigated by Military Alexithymia Scale and Military Personnel Resilience Scale. The acquired data were analyzed by SPSS statistic 17. 0 program. Results 1 The incidence rate of alexithymia in frontier military personnel was much higher than that in ordinary military personnel（ incidence rate was 33. 44% and 7. 91% respectively,P 0. 001）; 2 The total scores of alexithymia and its all factor scores in frontier military personnel negatively correlated with the total scores of resilience and its all factor scores（ r =-0. 499^-0. 266,P 0. 01）; 3 The total scores of alexithymia and its all factor scores in the group of higher resilience scores were lower than that of lower resilience scores（ t = 4. 962 ~ 6. 514,P 0. 01）; 4Stepwise regression analysis revealed that willpower and interpersonal contact were the significant predictors of alexithymia,accounting for 20. 2% and 26. 4% of alexithymia respectively（ t =-5. 949,-2. 309,P = 0. 000,0. 022）. Conclusion Mental resilience is the protected factor to alexithymia in frontier military personnel,especially the willpower and interpersonal.
