控烟课程对公共卫生学生控烟自我效能感的影响评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析控烟课程对公共卫生学生控烟自我效能感的影响,探讨提高控烟自我效能感的有效方法。方法对150名某医科大学公共卫生专业学生开展控烟课程,采用自编《控烟自我效能感量表》比较课程前后学生的控烟自我效能感得分,评价控烟课程的效果。使用Epidata 3.0建立数据库,利用SPSS 13.0以及AMOS 7.0对数据进行统计分析。结果总体来看,经过控烟课程干预后,公共卫生学生控烟自我效能感提高明显,从(2.635±0.611)上升至(2.815±0.612)(t=-3.367,P<0.01),但一般自我效能感干预前后没有显著差别(t=-1.212,P>0.05)。其中男生干预前后一般自我效能感和控烟自我效能感差异不显著(t=-0.600和-1.194,P>0.05),女生的一般自我效能感(t=--2.157,P<0.05)和控烟自我效能感得到显著提升(t=-3.465,P<0.01),但控烟自我效能感的提高程度优于一般自我效能(t=2.286,P<0.05)。结论《控烟自我效能感量表》具有良好的信度和效度。控烟课程可以有针对性地显著提升公共卫生学生控烟自我效能感。控烟课程对公共卫生学生控烟自我效能感的作用呈现性别差异,应进一步完善控烟课程,增强其对男生的作用。 Objective To analyze the impact of tobacco control curriculum on self- efficacy of tobacco control in public health students,investigate the effective methods to improve the tobacco control self- efficacy. Methods The 150 public health students received the tobacco control curriculum. Evaluated the effects of tobacco control curriculum by comparing the tobacco control self- efficacy measured by self- design Tobacco Control Self- Efficacy Scale of students before and after. Builted data base by Epidata 3. 0,and analyzed the data by SPSS 13. 0 and AMOS 7. 0. Results Totally,there was significant difference in tobacco control self- efficacy after tobacco control curriculum,and the tobacco control self- efficacy before and after are( 2. 635 ± 0. 611) and( 2. 815 ± 0. 612) respectively( t =-3. 367,P 0. 01),the general self- efficacy,however,was not improved( t =-1. 212,P 0. 05). The difference of general self-efficacy and tobacco control self- efficacy in male were not significant( t =-0. 600 and-1. 194,P 0. 05) before and after,but that two kinds of self- efficacy were significant in female( t =-2. 157,P 0. 05; t =-3. 465,P 0. 01),and the degree of improvement of tobacco control self- efficacy was higher than that of general self- efficacy( t = 2. 286,P 0. 05). Conclusion Tobacco Control Self- Efficacy Scale has good reliability and validity,and tobacco control curriculum can improve tobacco control self- efficacy in public health students significantly. There is sex difference in the effects of tobacco control curriculum,and the curriculum should be improved to enhance male tobacco control self- efficacy.
