摘要
目的探讨大学生心理资本与职业决策自我效能的关系。方法本研究采用问卷法对354名大学生进行调查研究。结果大学生整体心理资本水平较高;心理资本的不同维度在性别(t=2.43,P<0.05)、学历(t=2.22,P<0.05)和出生地(t=2.37,P<0.05)上有显著差异;心理资本和职业决策自我效能呈显著正相关(r=0.65,P<0.01);心理资本有5个维度对职业决策自我效能具有预测力,由高到低依次是:希望(29.3%)、谦虚诚信(8.5%)、乐观向上(3.6%)、回复力(1.5%)和融洽的人际关系(1.2%)。结论大学生职业决策自我效能受心理资本水平的影响。
Objective To explore the relationship between psychological capital and career decision making self- efficacy. Methods Using questionnaire to investigate 364 college students. Results College students' overall psychological capital was in a high level;Different gender,education and birthplace were significantly different in some dimensions of psychological capital; Psychological capital and career decision making self- efficacy had significantly positive correlation( r = 0. 65,P 0. 01); Five dimensions of psychological capital could predict career decision making self- efficacy: Hope( 29. 3%),humility- integrity( 8. 5%),optimism( 3. 6%),resilience( 1. 5%) and harmonious interpersonal relationships( 1. 2%). Conclusion College students' career decision making self- efficacy is influenced by psychological capital.
